1. Who we are
DesignFlow (“DesignFlow”, “we”, “us”) is a subscription-based design service that lets clients submit an unlimited number of design requests and receive deliverables from our team of designers, subject to the active-request limit of their plan. By using our website, dashboard or any related service (collectively, the “Service”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use DesignFlow. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or are used for illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
3. Subscriptions, billing & taxes
- Plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are listed on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time; existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect.
- Active requests. Each plan defines how many requests can be actively in progress at the same time. Additional requests stay in your queue and are promoted automatically as active slots become available.
- Renewal & cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Because design work begins as soon as you submit a request, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Taxes. Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT, sales or other taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.
4. Design requests & deliverables
- Scope. The Service covers static and motion design disciplines listed on the website (e.g. logo, UI/UX, branding, illustration, social media, print). Items outside our supported categories may be declined or referred elsewhere.
- Turnaround. Delivery times shown on the site are targets, not guarantees. Complex briefs, low responsiveness, or multiple revisions can extend timelines.
- Revisions. Plans include unlimited revisions unless stated otherwise. Each revision round restarts the active review of the request.
- Source files. Final deliverables are provided in standard editable formats (e.g. Figma, Adobe, AE) where applicable.
5. Ownership & licence
On full payment, you own the final, approved deliverables produced under an active subscription. You may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.
DesignFlow retains ownership of working files, internal templates, unused concepts, and our underlying tools and methodologies. We may showcase non-confidential deliverables in our portfolio or marketing unless you opt out by emailing hello@designflow.app.
You confirm that any assets you upload (photos, logos, fonts, copy, etc.) are either owned by you or properly licensed for the intended use, and you grant us the licence required to perform the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DesignFlow to request, host, or distribute content that:
- infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- is hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise unlawful;
- promotes violence, illegal goods, or fraudulent schemes; or
- attempts to disrupt the Service (e.g. probing, scraping, exploiting vulnerabilities, or bypassing rate limits).
We may remove offending content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep DesignFlow available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may schedule maintenance, deploy updates, or modify features at any time. Where reasonable, we will give notice of significant changes.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesignFlow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignFlow's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you to DesignFlow in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email or in-app message. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DesignFlow is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
